Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for stock (ready-made) products
  • Custom-made jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable

2. Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery

3. Refund Condition

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and certificates

4. Refund Terms

  • 100% cashback within 30 days for stock orders (excluding making charges)
  • Refund will be processed after quality inspection

5. Deductions

  • Making charges, shipping charges, and customization costs are non-refundable

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video)

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
