Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days, while custom-made pieces require 10–20 business days depending on design complexity. Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

All orders are carefully packaged using tamper-proof materials to ensure safe delivery. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout, and free shipping may be available on select orders.

Returns are accepted only for ready-made (stock) jewellery pieces.

Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates.

Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds are processed after a thorough quality inspection and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that making charges, shipping costs, and customization fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant proof.
